Job Title: Property Sales Executive

Position Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Property Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and closing property sales. Job Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and engage with potential property buyers and investors.
  2. Conduct market research to understand property trends and identify new sales opportunities.
  3. Assess client needs and present tailored property options that meet their requirements.
  4. Prepare and deliver professional presentations and property viewings for potential clients.
  5. Respond promptly to client inquiries, including requests for proposals (RFPs).
  6. Provide accurate cost estimates and proposals to clients.
  7. Offer expert advice on property-related matters, including technical and commercial aspects.
  8. Negotiate and close property deals through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  9. Follow up on potential leads, qualifying them until the sale is finalized.
  10. Organize and attend site visits to highlight the value and feasibility of the property.
  11. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of SPM or higher.
  • Strong management and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle stress and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin is preferred for residential projects.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Own transportation is required.
